TCLM was founded in 1995 by Tim Carazo as a Lawn Maintenance Company. Today, it is a highly respected, and much sought after Landscape Company in the Valley. Using building block strategy, TCLM has moved to provide its customers with high quality at an affordable price. TCLM entered into the installation market believing that its ability to provide customer service coupled with quality service would allow the company to provide a complete range of services, including commercial landscaping, organic lawn care, irrigation troubleshooting drip systems, water mains backflow devices, automatic controllers, hardscape; such as retaining walls, patios, planters, decks, lighting installation (low voltage walkway and landscape lights), drainage systems, grading ect... The Company's diversified services allow TCLM to capitalize on the market's innovative move toward single sourcing. TCLM's customers are primarily residential, including residential builders and pool companies. About 75% of revenues are derived from that rapidly expanding market. TCLM can now provide customers with total service solutions from the dirt up! Today, TCLM has truly become a company capable of providing its customers with "one stop shopping".
